| MACKO, William I. "Bill", 53, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Monday, January 3, 2005 at home. Born in Chicago, Illinois he moved to Tucson as a young child and was a 1969 graduate of Catalina High School. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1988 from Los Angeles, California. He was employed by Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in St. Petersburg for eight years and worked with the telecommunications department. He was a songwriter and guitar player and several of his songs have been recorded. He also owned Oakhurst Video in Seminole, FL for three years and was an avid sports fan. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Lou-Ann E.; a daughter, Chelsey E. Macko of St. Petersburg; his mother, Fern Petersen of Tucson, AZ; three brothers, his twin, John R. Macko of Tucson, AZ, David A. Macko of Austin, TX and Alexander G. Macko of St. Petersburg; two sisters, Rebecca L. Macko of Seattle, WA and Donna J. Miller of Austin, TX. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Center, Tyrone Chapel, 7820 38th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33710. |
